To register on the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal, depositors need to follow these steps:

  • Registration of Depositors: To start the registration procedure, do the following:
  • Go to the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal homepage and choose “Depositor Registration.”
  • Now, on the registration screen, input your cellphone number connected to your Aadhar and the last four digits of your Aadhar card.
  • Enter the obtained OTP now and click “Get OTP.”
  • Select “Verify OTP” to finish the required registration.

  • With your Aadhar card, enter the OTP that was sent to your registered cellphone number.
  • You have now signed into your account.
  • The Aadhar Consent Screen will appear. To move on to the next page, read the terms and conditions and click the “I Agree” option.
  • Click “Get OTP” after entering your 12-digit Aadhar Card number. To the associated cellphone number, an OTP will delivered.
  • On the registered mobile number, enter the OTP that you got.
  • Check the OTP.

  • Click the “Add Clamin” button now. All the information is available here. The Depositor may put more than one Claim Detail here.
  • Once you have submitted all of the claim data, you may create a pre-filled claim request form.
  • Attach the most recent photo and sign the claim form appropriately on both the photo and the form.
  • After that, click on Upload Document to upload the claim form and a copy of your PAN card to the system.
