The Madras High Court announced that starting this year, visitors from beyond Ooty and Kodaikanal must have an E-Pass. Both Indian and foreign visitors traveling outside of Tamil Nadu must now apply for an E-Pass in advance of their trip. It all began in 2021 when COVID-19 was becoming more widespread movement restrictions were being imposed.

• After checking the declaration box, press “Submit.”
