The Directorate of Vocational Education & Training, Maharashtra (DVETM) is responsible for conducting the Maharashtra ITI Admission 2024. June 2024 is when Maharashtra ITI Admission 2024 will open. Admission to Maharashtra ITIs is determined only by merit.
In this sense, to eligible for admission to an ITI in Maharashtra, aspirants must pass class 10+2 from an accredited board. Merit in Math, English, Physics, and Chemistry from grades 10 and 12 is the basis for admission. Maharashtra ITI Admission: Eligibility Criteria
To eligible for admission to Maharashtra ITI, an applicant must fulfil the requirements, which are outlined below:
- The applicant has to have graduated from an accredited board in classes 10th and 12th.
- By December 31, 2023, the applicant must have completed 14 years.
Maharashtra ITI Admission: Application Process
The Maharashtra ITI application form for 2024 admissions will made available on the Maharashtra ITI website (DVET). Prior to submitting their Maharashtra ITI application 2024, applicants must register for the test and fulfil all eligibility requirements established by the organizing body.

On the official website, candidates can submit their online applications. The following techniques can used by candidates to finish their Maharashtra ITI entrance application.
- Click “Candidate login” on the main page, then choose “New Candidate registration.”
- Enter your name, address, phone number, email address, password, and other personal information along with the results of the 10th board test or its equivalent.

Maharashtra ITI Admission: Application Fees
A set amount of application fees must paid by candidates in order to apply to Maharashtra ITI courses. Students applying under the reserved category will pay Rs. 150, while those applying under the general or unreserved category must pay Rs. 100 apiece.

Maharashtra ITI Admission: Result and Counselling
Following the successful completion of the application form submission, the Maharashtra ITI admission official website will release the preliminary rank list for each category. Those candidates listed on the merit list will get an invitation to participate in the counselling procedure.
- On the ITI website, the list of chosen applicants and the college assigned to them will made public. To view the list, the applicant has to sign into his account.
- Merit will play a role in the selection of the candidates.
- Candidates from the state of Maharashtra who possess a domicile certificate will given preference.
- The candidate can examine his results and the location assigned to him for the counselling procedure after the merit list is made public.

Maharashtra ITI Admission: Reservation
- Students with a domicile certificate who are residents of the state of Maharashtra are eligible for 70% of the seats.
- Students from outside the state of Maharashtra occupy 30% of the available seats.
- 30% of seats reserved for female candidates. This also includes a reservation for SC/ST/NT/OBC category candidates.
- PWD candidates will receive 1% of the total.
- 1% reservation for orphan children.
